摘要
针对高校和科研院所尚无适用的试验研发用纤维/刨花铺装设备,笔者研制了基于PLC控制的转台式纤维板铺装成型机构。阐述了机构的总体结构、功能和自动铺装流程;以S7-200 SMART PLC为控制核心,以SMART LINE 700IE触摸屏为人机界面实现操作者与铺装成型机构之间的交互,以步进电机和三相交流异步电动机为动力,完成电气控制系统的硬件选型和参数配置以及软件编程设计。应用效果表明,该系统实现了高效、高质量和安全自动铺装。
In view of the fact that laboratories of college and research institutions are short of suitable equipment for fiber/particle laying,the author of this paper developed a new rotatable fiber laying forming mechanism based on PLC,elaborated the overall structure,function and automatic laying process of the mechanism,realized the interaction bridge between the operator and the laying and forming mechanism,with S7-200 SMART as control core,SMART LINE 700IE touch screen as the human-machine interface and completed the hardware type selection,parameter configuration and software programming design with step motor and three-phase AC asynchronous motor as power.The application results show that this system has realized high-efficiency high-quality safe laying.
