董监高责任保险对企业创新投资的影响——基于不同产权性质A股上市公司的数据

Influence of Liability Insurance of Directors,Supervisors and Senior Management Personnel on Innovation Investment of Enterprises——Based on Data of A-Share Listed Companies with Different Property Rights

文章以2016-2018年沪市A股上市公司为样本,实证研究董监高责任保险对企业创新投资的影响。结果表明:企业购买董监高责任保险,企业创新投资越多;非国有企业购买董监高责任保险不会显著增加企业创新投资。

Based on the sample of A-share listed companies in Shanghai Stock Market from 2016 to 2018,this paper studies the impact of the Liability Insurance of Directors,Supervisors and Senior Management Personnel(DSS)on innovation investment of the enterprises.The results show that the more enterprises purchase liability insurance,the more enterprises invest in innovation;non-state-owned enterprises’purchasing liability insurance will not significantly increase innovation investment.
