摘要
年龄相关性黄斑变性发病机制与年龄、环境、遗传、氧化应激及炎性反应等因素密切相关。在光诱导视网膜损伤啮齿类动物中,眼底也表现出与年龄相关性黄斑变性类似的病理特征。光损伤会导致视网膜发生氧化应激、炎性反应、内质网应激、自噬及线粒体自噬、DNA损伤及细胞衰老、新生血管等病理性改变,进而损伤其结构与功能。(国际眼科纵览,2021,45:211-215)
The etiology of age-related macular degeneration(AMD)is complex and its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated,which is related to age,environment,genetics,oxidative stress and inflammation,etc.In rodent models of light-induced retinal damage(LIRD),the fundus demonstrated similar pathological features as seen in AMD,such as oxidative stress,inflammatory responses,endoplasmic reticulum stress,autophagy and mitophagy,DNA damage and cell senescence,aswellas neovascularization,which in turn damage its structure and function.(Int Rev Ophthalmol,2021,45:211-215)
