摘要
目的针对有复诊需要的门诊、住院患者,让医生在门诊诊间或住院患者出院时即可根据既定的复诊时间预约其任一院区的号源,对患者进行合理的复诊引导,提高患者复诊的依从性,同时通过在线查看复诊预约情况,让医生可以合理规划和安排自己的工作。方法设计一套由医生主导、面向门诊以及住院复诊患者的诊间预约挂号方案,将此方案在选定的科室试点实施,并且进行持续的流程优化,直至在全院所有科室全面推广。结果患者复诊率明显提升,因“挂号难”产生的医患纠纷显著减少,医生及相应门诊科室均能提前为即将到来的接诊工作做好准备。结论通过设计并实施以医生为导向的诊间预约挂号方案,能够显著提高复诊患者满意度,减少医患纠纷,同时促进医院更好地实施多院区的一体化管理和同品质医疗。
Objective For outpatients and inpatients who need further consultation,doctors can make return visit appointments for any hospital district when the patient is discharged or the first visit is just completed in the doctors’office,according to the established return consultation time.Thus to provide reasonable return consultation guidance for patients and improve their compliance.On the other hand,by checking the appointments online,the doctors can plan and arrange their work more reasonable.Methods Design a set of doctor oriented inter clinic appointment program for outpatients and inpatients,then implement the program in selected departments,and carry out continuous process optimization until all departments in the hospital are fully promoted.Results The rate of patients’follow-up is significantly improved.The doctor-patient disputes caused by the difficulty of registration are significantly reduced.The doctors and the corresponding outpatient departments can prepare for the upcoming consultation work in advance.Conclusion Through the design and implementation of the program of inter clinic appointment,re-visiting patients’satisfaction Can be significantly improved,doctor-patient disputes can be effectively reduced,and also it can promote the implemention of integrated management and medical care between multi areas.
