In the human resource management of the hospital,due to the salary distribution,management system and workload,many other factors lead to the loss of hospital staff.How to further improve the hospital’s human resource management level,stabilize the hospital’s team building,and reduce the staff turnover rate has become a key concern of the medical industry.This paper takes w hospital as the research background,analyzes the problems existing in the process of human resource management in W hospital,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures according to the existing problems.
