我院实施国家集中采购药品后对门诊药品费用的影响

The impact of the national centralized procurement of drugs in our hospital on the cost of outpatient drugs

目的探讨国家组织药品集中采购和使用试点改革政策在我院的落实情况,分析对我院门诊患者药品费用等诊疗数据的影响。方法调取我院2018年4-12月份和2019年4-12月份门诊诊疗相关数据,利用Excel对数据进行统计分析。结果落实国家组织药品集中采购和使用试点工作后,我院门诊次均药品费用由117.92元降至109.35元,次均集采药品费用由18.09元降至8.07元,门诊药占比由42.20%下降到39.32%。结论落实国家组织药品集中采购和使用对于控制门诊药品费用不合理增长具有重要意义,有效降低患者用药负担。

Objective To explore the implementation of the pilot reform policy of drug centralized procurement and use organized by the state in our hospital,and to analyze the impact on the medical treatment data such as drug expenses of outpatient patients in our hospital.Methods Data of outpatient treatment and fees in our Hospital from April to December 2018 and April to December 2019 were collected and analyzed by Excel.Results After the implementation of the pilot program of drug centralized procurement and use organized by the state,the average cost of outpatient drugs in our hospital dropped from 117.92 yuan to 109.35 yuan,the average cost of centralized Procurement of drugs dropped from 18.09 yuan to 8.07 yuan,and the proportion of outpatient drugs dropped from 42.20%to 39.32%.Conclusion The implementation of drug centralized procurement and use organized by the state plays an important role in controlling the unreasonable growing of outpatient drug costs,can effectively reduce the burden of drug use on patients.
