宣传画报结合定期提问教学法在中学生心肺复苏培训中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨宣传画报结合定期提问教学法在中学生心肺复苏培训中的应用效果。方法采用方便抽样法选取韶关市某中学七年级5个班253人作为研究对象,分成4个实验组A、B、C、D和1个对照组。全体研究对象进行统一的心肺复苏理论培训和技能培训后,对照组不予任何干预,针对不同实验组A、B、C设置不同周期进行提问式教学复习:实验组A每个月复习一次;实验组B每2个月复习一次;实验组C每3个月复习一次。同时在四个实验组A、B、C、D课室内醒目之处张贴心肺复苏知识宣传画报1张。初次培训12个月后,比较五组学生心肺复苏理论和技能考核成绩。结果初次培训12个月后,实验组A、B、C、D的理论知识和操作技能考核得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宣传画报结合定期提问教学法在中学生心肺复苏理论和技能培训中应用效果好,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of poster combined with regular questioning teaching method on CPR training for middle school students.Methods A total of 253 students from five classes in the first grade of a middle school were selected by convenient sampling method and divided into three experimental groups A,B,C,D and one control group according to the class.After the five groups of students received unified training,the students in the control group did not receive any intervention,the students in the experimental group A,B,C review the theory and skill by questioning teaching method according to different cycle:the experimental group A once a month,the experimental group B once every two months,the experimental group C once every three months.Meanwhile,one poster of CPR was put up in the experimental group A,B,C,D classroom.Results 12months after the initial training,the theoretical and skill scores of the experimental group A,B,C and D were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Poster combined with regular questioning teaching method is effective in CPR training for middle school students.
