摘要
随着机电行业对产品加工精度和生产效率要求的提高,现有的运动控制系统已难以满足生产需求。针对这一困境,以PIC24FJ256DA210为主控制芯片,以NOVA电子有限公司研制的MCX314AL为数字信号处理芯片,设计了一种四轴伺服控制器。该运动控制器可以实现2/3轴插补、圆弧插补、直线加减速、S曲线加减速、外部脉冲驱动、限位原点检测、急停检测等功能。
With the improvement of industrial production precision and speed,the existing motion control system is difficult to meet the production requirements.To solve this problem,a four-axis servo controller is designed with PIC24FJ256DA210 as the main control chip and MCX314AL as the digital signal processing chip developed by NOVA Electronics Co.,Ltd.The motion controller can realize 2/3 axis interpolation,arc interpolation,linear acceleration and deceleration,S-curve acceleration and deceleration,external pulse drive,limit origin detection,emergency stop detection and other functions.
