基于“双轮驱动”的内部质量保证体系建设实践

Exploration and Practice on Internal Quality Assurance System Construction Based on“Two-wheel Drive”

高等教育已进入以提高质量为核心的内涵式发展阶段,如何在“管办评分离”背景下做好高职院校内部质量保证体系建设工作,关乎教学质量之根本。山西水利职业技术学院以“全国优质水利高职院校建设”为契机,健全内部质量保证体系,以教学督导和教学测评为抓手,以信息化平台为载体,落实教学工作诊断与改进制度,从五个方面进行了探索与实践,形成了教学督导与教学测评“双轮驱动”的内部质量保证体系建设模式,旨在为落实立德树人根本任务、提升人才培养质量奠定基础。

Higher education has entered the stage of connotation development with quality improvement as the core.How to do a good job in the construction of internal quality assurance system of higher vocational colleges under the background of“Separation of Management,Running and Evaluation”is the fundamental of teaching quality.Taking the opportunity of“National High Quality Water Conservancy Higher Vocational College Construction”,Shanxi Conservancy Technical Institute has perfected its internal quality assurance system,implemented the teaching diagnosis and improvement system with teaching supervision and teaching evaluation as the starting point and informatization platform as the carrier.It has carried out exploration and practice from five aspects.In order to lay a foundation for the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue and improving the quality of talent cultivation.it has formed the“Two-wheel Drive”internal quality assurance system construction mode of teaching supervision and teaching evaluation.
