彩色多普勒超声检查诊断下肢深静脉血栓的准确性探讨

Accuracy of color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity

目的:研究分析彩色多普勒超声检查诊断下肢深静脉血栓的准确性。方法:选取2018年11月—2020年12月86例我院确诊的下肢深静脉血栓患者,均进行彩色多普勒超声诊断和血管造影诊断,比较两种诊断方式的准确率、检出血管闭塞情况以及患者对于诊断的满意度。结果:对比两种诊断方法的检出率发现,彩色多普勒超声相较于血管造影检出率显著提升,且运用彩色多普勒超声相对于血管造影的血管闭塞检出率显著增高,患者的诊断满意度显著高于血管造影,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在下肢深静脉血栓患者的诊断中,采用彩色多普勒超声具有较高的准确性,更易被患者接受,值得临床上在相关诊断中参考。

Objective To analyze the accuracy of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs.Methods A total of 86 patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis diagnosed in our hospital from November 2018 to December 2020 were selected for color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis and angiography diagnosis,and the accuracy of the two diagnostic methods,the detection of vascular occlusion and the patients'satisfaction with diagnosis were compared.Results By comparing the detection rate of the two diagnostic methods,it was found that the detection rate of color Doppler ultrasound was significantly higher than that of angiography,and the detection rate of vascular occlusion using color Doppler ultrasound was significantly increased compared with angiography,and the satisfaction of patients with diagnosis was significantly higher than that with angiography,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,color Doppler ultrasound has high accuracy and is more acceptable to patients,which is worthy of reference in clinical diagnosis.
