A New Process for Purifying Dimethyl Carbonate by Variable Pressure Double-effect Distillation

对比了碳酸二甲酯-甲酯共沸体系不同分离方法的优缺点。详细介绍了采用先脱轻除重,再加压-常压双效变压精馏的新工艺,具有流程短、投资少、能耗低、且产品纯度高的技术优势,并以某工程实例说明了工艺路线具有良好的经济效益。

In this paper,we compared the advantages and disadvantages of different separation methods of the dimethyl carbonatemethyl ester azeotropic system,and gave a detailed introduction of the new process that removed light component and heavy component first,and then conducted compression-atmospheric pressure dual-effect pressure-swing instillation.This process route has the technical advantages of short technological process,small investment,low energy consumption and high product purity.We also illustrated the good economic benefit of the process route with an engineering project.
