摘要 阐述气流床煤气化工艺中,水煤浆加压工艺和干粉煤加压气化工艺的主要特点,详细分析GEGP煤气化炉、新型对置式对喷嘴气化炉、晋华炉、Shell气化炉、航天炉HT-L气化炉等煤气化技术的运行机理和工艺特点。对GEGP工艺、晋华炉工艺、航天炉工艺进行技术对比。提出根据原料煤特性、煤气化技术可靠性、项目投资、技术成熟度及总项目规模及产品方案等方面来判断选用哪种工艺技术来进行煤气化,为企业选择何种煤气化工艺技术提供依据。 This article describes the main characteristics of the entrained bed coal gasification process,the pressure process of coal water slurry and the pressure gasification process of dry pulverized coal,and a detailed analysis of GEGP coal gasifier,new opposed nozzle gasifier,Jinhua furnace,SHELL Operation mechanism and process characteristics of coal gasification technologies such as gasifier and space furnace HT-L gasifier.Technical comparison of GEGP process,Jinhua furnace process and space furnace process.It is proposed to determine which process technology to choose for coal gasification according to the characteristics of raw coal,the reliability of coal gasification technology,project investment,technological maturity,total project scale and product plan,and provide a basis for enterprises to choose which coal gasification process technology.
