化工塔器的应力失稳与优化设计

摘要 对化工行业塔器设备由于受到应力不均而产生失稳现象进行了原因分析,为了避免由于内部结构和外力作用导致的稳定性减弱,采取了液压装置的试验设计、塔壳应力分布的审校、地脚螺栓锚固设计、裙座焊接设计、疲劳工况的强度校核等方法进行计算说明,并提出针对调整塔器焊接稳定性而做出的优化方案,有效解决了塔器设备应力分布与基座焊接等技术问题,经过实践检验后可作为操作经验进行推广应用。 This article analyzes the reasons for the instability of tower equipment in the chemical industry due to uneven stress.In order to avoid the weakening of the stability due to the internal structure and external force,the hydraulic device test design and tower shell stress are adopted.Calculation and explanation of methods such as distribution review,anchor bolt anchoring design,skirt welding design,fatigue working condition strength check,etc.,and an optimization plan for adjusting the welding stability of the tower is proposed,which effectively solves the problem of the tower.Technical issues such as equipment stress distribution and base welding can be promoted and applied as operating experience after being tested in practice.
