摘要
采用软化用001×7强酸性苯乙烯系阳离子交换树脂(钠型)为吸附材料,以自来水为基质,铁、铝、铜、锰、银组成的混合溶液为目标污染物合成模拟废水,动态法研究树脂对五种重金属的吸附性能。结果表明,该类型树脂除表现出特有的软化性能外,同时对铁、铝、铜、锰、银均有一定的吸附能力,吸附能力大小为铝>铁>铜>锰>银。当树脂失效,几乎无软化性能及吸附铜、锰、银三种重金属达饱和状态后,使用10%NaCl对树脂再生,可部分恢复其软化性能和吸附重金属能力。
The softening agent 001 was used in this paper×7 strong acid styrene cation exchange resin(sodium type)was used as adsorption material,tap water was used as substrate,and the mixed solution composed of iron,aluminum,copper,manganese and silver was used as target pollutant to synthesize simulated wastewater.The results showed that this type of resin not only showed special softening property,but also had certain adsorption capacity for iron,aluminum,copper,manganese and silver.The adsorption capacity was al>Fe>Cu>Mn>AG.When the resin failed,there was almost no softening property and the adsorption capacity of copper,manganese and silver reached saturation state,the softening property and heavy metal adsorption capacity of the resin could be partially restored by using 10%NaCl to regenerate the resin.
