摘要
依据《合格评定化学分析方法确认和验证指南》(GB/T 27417—2017)、《水环境监测规范》(SL 219—2013)和《环境监测分析方法标准制修订技术导则》(HJ 168—2010),对《水质亚硝酸盐氮的测定气相分子吸收光谱法》(T/CHES 14-2017)进行了方法验证。验证结果表明,实验室人员、仪器设备、标准溶液、试剂、耗材等实验条件均满足标准方法要求;方法检出限、测定下限、精密度、准确度均满足实际工作需要。本检测机构有能力满足开展《水质亚硝酸盐氮的测定气相分子吸收光谱法》(T/CHES 14—2017)检测的各项要求,可以开展此项检测工作。
The article is based on“Guidelines for the Confirmation and Verification of Chemical Analysis Methods for Conformity Assessment”(GB/T 27417-2017),“Water Environment Monitoring Specifications”(SL 219-2013)and“Technical Guidelines for the Revision of Environmental Monitoring and Analysis Methods Standards”(HJ 168-2010),the method verification of“Water Quality Determination of Nitrite Nitrogen by Gas Phase Molecular Absorption Spectrometry”(T/CHES 14-2017).The verification results show that the laboratory personnel,equipment,standard solutions,reagents,consumables and other experimental conditions meet the requirements of the standard method;the detection limit,lower limit of determination,precision and accuracy of the method meet the needs of actual work.This testing organization has the ability to meet the requirements of the“Water Quality Determination of Nitrite Nitrogen Gas Phase Molecular Absorption Spectroscopy”(T/CHES 14-2017)and can carry out this testing.
