摘要 当前阶段,在教育机制优化改革的进程中,应以专业人才市场的需求变化、行业发展形势为导向,对原有的课程体系进行调整,明确环保型材料生产与研发对人才的需求,通过深化校企合作项目,拓宽实训路径;加快专业信息化教学平台建设,创新教学模式;不断革新材料专业研究内容,开阔学生视野;对教学评价机制进行完善,引导学生系统、全面地掌握就业市场信息等方式,在夯实学生专业基础的同时,逐步提升学生的实践能力,面向环保型材料化工研究与应用领域输送更多的专业型、技术型、实践型人才。 At the current stage,in the process of optimizing and reforming the education mechanism,the original curriculum system should be adjusted to clarify the demand for talents in the production and research and development of environmentally friendly materials based on the changes in the demand of the professional talent market and the development of the industry.,By deepening school-enterprise cooperation projects,broadening the training path;accelerating the construction of professional informatization teaching platforms and innovating teaching models;continuously innovating the research content of materials and broadening students’horizons;improving the teaching evaluation mechanism to guide students systematically and fully grasp employment Market information and other methods,while consolidating students’professional foundation,gradually improve students’practical ability,and send more professional,technical,and practical talents to the research and application fields of environmentally friendly materials and chemical engineering.
