滚镀工艺在火花塞生产中的应用效果分析

摘要 随着汽车行业的不断发展,市场对火花塞的需求量激增,对火花塞产品的质量要求越来越严格,火花塞挂镀工艺因生产效率低、人工插挂的不可靠性、挂具的不稳定以及镀层的不均匀性的缺点,严重制约着火花塞的发展,火花塞滚镀工艺成为市场发展的主流。分析了火花塞的结构与作用、火花塞壳体表面处理工艺,滚镀工艺在火花塞生产中的应用效果。结果表明,与挂镀工艺相比,滚镀工艺的产品质量大为改善,劳动效率大幅提高,经济效益显著提高。 With the continuous development of auto industry,the market demand for spark plug is surging,and the quality requirements of spark plug products are becoming more and more strict.Due to the low production efficiency,the unreliability of manual plug and hook,he instability of the hook and the inhomogeneity of the coating,the development of spark plug is seriously restricted.Spark plug plating technology has become the mainstream of market development.The structure and function of spark plug,the surface treatment technology of spark plug shell and the application effect of rolling plating technology in the production of spark plug are analyzed.Compared with the hanging plating process,the product quality,labor efficiency and economic benefit of the rolling plating process are greatly improved.
