提出以设计主导的全过程工程咨询集成化管理模式,分析我国全过程工程咨询管理实施办法,运用集成化管理模式,实现目标集成、组织集成、过程集成,进而构建基于设计为主导的全过程工程咨询集成化管理模式,并提出该模式实施的各项保障措施,以期推进全过程工程咨询的发展。

This paper puts forward the integrated management mode of the whole process engineering consulting with the design-oriented,and analyzes the implementation methods of the whole process engineering consulting management in China with the design-oriented.Uses the integrated management mode to realize the goal integration,organization integration and process integration.Then,constructs the integrated management mode of the whole process engineering consulting with the design-oriented,and puts forward the various guaranteed measures for the implementation of this mode.Hopes to be helpful to further promote the development of the whole process engineering consulting industry.
