Comparing with the other traditional EPC contracting frameworks,this paper analyzes the challenges faced by EPC general contractor in the aspects of project stakeholder relationship and contract structure,contract scope and content,contract risk matrix and form,bidding method and strategy,contract negotiation object and target,longer warranty period,more strict integrity and compliance management obligation under international standard PPP model,and eventually recommends reasonable countermeasures and solutions accordingly based on project management experiences.
