数字化理念是组织弹性与人才成长的共振点

Organizational Flexibility Resonates with Talent Growth through Digital Mindeset

摘要 21世纪以来,以数字化技术为主的科技进步,极大加速企业转型的同时,也提升了企业在全球市场的竞争力。作为企业的创新主体,人才是数字化技术的主要承载者。本文基于对招聘者和求职者的调查,尝试将组织弹性和人才成长的共振点定位在数字化理念上,提出企业在数字化转型过程中,应该系统化、按步骤、知利弊,以最大化地实现数字化带来的红利。 In the 21 century,digital technologies,as the key advancements of science and technology,have greatly accelerated the transformation and improved the competitive power of Chinese enterprises in global market.As the conductors of innovation,talents behold digital technologies.This study is based on BOSS Zhipin’s human resource big data platform,in combinations with surveys on job posters and job seekers.Our objective is to posit digital mindset as the resonance point between organizational flexibility and talent growth.We propose that,to maximize gains from digitization,enterprises should take a systematic approach,follow a scheduled procedure,and know the pros and cons in their organizational transformation.
