党的政治建设:地位嬗变、构建逻辑与实践向度——基于党的政治建设百年史的考察

党的政治建设作为党的根本性建设,贯穿党的百年发展历程,从最初仅仅体现为党的建设在政治方面的基本要求到纳入党的建设总目标,再到被列入党的建设布局体系,最终成为党的根本性建设。百年来党的政治建设地位嬗变的背后是特殊的目标追求逻辑、价值遵循逻辑、实践开展逻辑、主体提升逻辑。新时代基于全新的历史条件和党内外环境,吸收经验,总结规律,党的政治建设在实践中必须从政治路线、政治原则、政治纪律、政治文化、“关键少数”等多个向度加以推进。

As the fundamental building of the Party,the Party’s political building has run through its century-old development,from being merely a basic political requirement of the Party building to be included in the general goal of the Party building,then to be included in the layout system of the Party’s building,and finally to be the fundamental building of the Party.Behind the evolution of the status of the Party’s political building in the past one hundred years is the special logic of pursuit of goal,following of value,development of practice and promotion of subject.Based on the new historical conditions and the internal and external environment of the Party in the new era,the Party’s political building must be promoted from the political line,political principles,political discipline,political culture,“key minority”and other aspects.
