热缩聚法制备g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)催化剂对甲基橙降解性能研究

摘要 本文基于g-C_(3)N_(4)以及TiO 2等材料的结构特点,采用热缩聚法对TiO 2与尿素高温缩聚制备的g-C_(3)N_(4)进行处理,通过傅里叶红外变换光谱(FI-IR)对光催化剂的各元素化学键结状态进行了表征。以甲基橙染料(MO)为污染物模拟废水,研究考察不同催化剂在可见光区域下对目标降解物的降解效果。研究结果表明:将相同质量的g-C_(3)N_(4)和TiO 2,用锡纸包裹密封,500℃焙烧2小时,制备得到的g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)催化剂在可见光下对甲基橙的降解度高达82%,对废水处理效果较好,适宜推广。 In this paper,based on the characteristics of g-C_(3)N_(4) and TiO 2,TiO 2and g-C_(3)N_(4) prepared by high temperature condensation of urea were treated by thermal condensation method.The chemical states of each element in the photocatalyst were analyzed by FI-IR characterization.Methyl orange(MO)was used as simulated pollutant wastewater to study the degradation effect of the various catalyst on the target degradation in visible light region.As a result,the degradation efficiency of methyl orange under visible lightis achieves 82%over g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)catalyst calcined at 500℃for 2 hours with the same mass of g-C_(3)N_(4) and TiO_(2)sealed with tin foil,indicating that the composites have good effect on wastewater treat ment and are suitable for popularization.
