摘要
为达到抗静电的目的,本文测试了PVC管道内壁的表面活性剂。通过控制变量法、设定正交试验等方法,对几种常见用于PVC管道的抗静电剂进行初步性能评测。对粉状颗粒材料在管道内输送流动时,在管道内壁产生的静电进行测量。通过对照试验,选出去静电效能更好的表面活性剂。结果表明:SN(阳离子型表面活性剂)静电消除效果最优,可以消除绝大部分静电;SAS-60(阴离子表面活性剂)效果次之,会有少许静电产生;乙二醇乙醇溶液(非离子型活性剂)效果最差,产生大量静电。
In order to achieve the purpose of antistatic,this paper tested the surface active agent on the inner wall of PVC pipe.Through the methods of controlling variables and setting orthogonal test,the preliminary performance evaluation of several common antistatic agents used in PVC pipes is carried out.The static electricity generated on the inner wall of the pipeline is measured when the powder granular material is transported and flows in the pipeline.Through the control experiment,the surfactant with better antistatic effect was selected.The results show that SN(cationic surfactant)has the best electrostatic elimination effect in the electrostatic determination experiment,and can eliminate most of the static electricity;SAS-60(anionic surfactant)is the second,and a little static electricity will be produced after the experiment;Ethylene glycol ethanol solution(non-ionic surfactant)is the worst and generates a lot of static electricity after the experiment.
