研究铁路电子支付发展优化模式,提高铁路电子支付的便捷性、先进性与安全性,能够为铁路客货运输及延伸业务又好又快开展提供基础支撑和重要保障。通过阐述铁路电子支付平台的系统功能和业务架构,分析铁路电子支付存在的问题,提出拓展铁路货运电子支付应用、提升铁路电子支付清算能力、开展铁路互联网普惠金融服务、加强铁路电子支付系统安全、推动铁路电子支付新技术应用、完善铁路电子支付管理体系等铁路电子支付发展优化对策,从而提高铁路客货运输及延伸业务支付服务质量。

Studying thedevelopment and optimization mode of railway electronic payment and improving its convenience, advancement, and security can provide a basic support and a reliable guarantee for passenger and freight transportation by high speed railway and its extended business. By elaborating the system function and business architecture of a railway electronic payment platform, this paper analyzed the existing problems of railway electronic payment and proposed countermeasures for further development and optimization. These measures include expanding the applications for freight electronic payment, enhancing the clearing capacity of electronic payment, providing Internet-based inclusive financial services, strengthening the security of the electronic payment system, promoting the application of new technology, and optimizing the management system, so as to improve the payment services for railway passenger and freight transportation and its extended businesses.
