面向线路共享的中欧班列集并模式探讨

Study on the Combined Transportation Organization Mode of China Railway Express for Line Sharing

随着中欧班列地方政府补贴逐步退出,降本增效成为各地中欧班列现阶段发展的关键问题之一。兼顾中欧班列运营企业利益、地方政府诉求以及中欧班列整体发展,考虑中欧班列运输限制条件、成本构成、收入组成以及各运营企业间竞争合作关系变化的影响,对中欧班列重复线路进行有效整合,以5个中欧班列集结中心为核心,设计不成列集装箱在共享线路城市群中的集并调运流程,并构建面向共享线路的中欧班列集并运输组织模型,从而建立具有阶段适应性的中欧班列运输组织模式,实现中欧班列高质量发展的目标。

With the gradual withdrawal of local government subsidies for China Railway Express, cost reduction has become one of the key issues in the current development stage. The interests of China Railway Express companies, the demands of local governments, and the overall development of China Railway Express were taken into account. With the influence of transport restrictions, cost composition, revenue composition, and relationship change among the operation companies of China Railway Express, the repetitive lines were properly integrated. Centering on the five assembly centers of China Railway Express, we designed the consolidated dispatching process of non-lined containers in line sharing city clusters and built a consolidated transportation organization model of China Railway Express for line sharing. Thus, the stageadaptive transportation organization mode of China Railway Express was established for the highquality development of China Railway Express.
