中医药文化融入小学生命教育设想的调研 被引量:1

Research on Strategies of Integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture into Life Education for Primary School Students

摘要 目的为中医药文化融入小学生命教育的设想提供理论依据。方法2019年10月10日—2019年10月16日采用问卷星网站制作的调查问卷方式进行调研,自行设计了《中医药文化融入小学生生命教育调查问卷》,共收集到有效问卷384份。调查内容包括小学生对中医药文化接受度、接触途径、课程类型、授课方式等。结果约占62.24%~79.69%的小学生都见过“汤药”“针灸”“拔罐”“敷贴”“刮痧”和“推拿(按摩)”,对于“正骨”“药膳”和“功法锻炼”等则知晓度较低,仅占19.01%~38.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);中医养生食疗受欢迎程度最高达到69.27%(266/384),与其他内容比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);受访者中60.16%(231/384)认为可以开展社会实践、58.33%(224/384)开设专门教育课程及44.27%(170/384)定期观看影片、视频或录像,三者的比例与其他实施途径比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);截至研究结束,没有1例受访者明确表示“不喜欢”;以本科学历为界,本科学历以下占比vs本科学历以上(含本科)占比,分别为88.23%vs92.79%。结论小学生对中医药文化引入生命教育的接受度较高,注意性别、年龄差异对课程设置或实施的影响以及从中医药实践入手是本研究提供的有益参考。 Objective To provide the basis for carrying out traditional Chinese medicine culture to participate in the life education of primary school students.Methods We adopted questionnaire survey method and took primary school students as the main investigation objects.We investigated primary school students’acceptance of traditional Chinese medicine culture,contact routes,curriculum types and teaching methods.Results Traditional Chinese medicine culture has higher recognition for the primary school students.The content of the practice of traditional Chinese medicine is more popular than the theoretical issues for the primary school students(P<0.05).There are three types of implementation methods are more popular by primary school students than others,including carrying out social practice,set ting up specialized education courses and regularly watching films,video(P<0.05).Gender difference and age difference must be taken into consideration when traditional Chinese medicine culture is introduced into the curriculum of life education for primary school students.Conclusion Primary school students have a high acceptance of carrying out traditional Chinese medicine culture to participate in the life education of primary school students.This study provides useful reference for them to pay attention to the influence of gender difference and age difference on curriculum setting or implementation,as well as the practice of traditional Chinese medicine.
