翻转课堂与医学教育

Flipped Classroom and Medical Education

传统教学模式在培养学生自主学习、解决问题的能力和批判性思维方面存在着弊端,不利于医学生终身学习能力的培养和临床实践。医学教育需要探索和实践教学方式的改革。结合网络信息技术的运用,改革教学方式的翻转课堂出现,并不断被推广。本文以医学教育的方式改革为着眼点,对翻转课堂在医学教育的应用进行了总结。

The traditional teaching mode has drawbacks in cultivating students’inependent learning,problem-solving ability and critical thinking,which is not conducive to the cultivation of medical students’lifelong learning ability and clinical practice.Medical education needs to explore educational reform.Combined with the application of network information technology,flipped classroom,the teaching method was reformed,which has been constantly promoted.Based on the reform of medical education,this paper summarizes the application of flipped classroom in medical education.
