微格教学法联合PBL教学法在放射科中西医结合护理教学中的应用 被引量:4

The Application of Micro-teaching Method Combined with Problem-based Learning Teaching Method in the Nursing Teaching of Radiology of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

摘要 目的探讨微格教学法联合基于问题的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)教学法在放射科中西医结合护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月来中国医科大学附属盛京医院放射科实习的68名中西医结合护理专业学生为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组34名。对照组采用传统教学模式开展放射学护理教学,试验组进行微格教学法联合PBL教学。比较2组学生的理论考试、技能考核、教学模式评分和综合能力满意度评分。结果试验组的理论考试和技能考核得分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);试验组的操作掌握、学习积极性、满意度、分析能力及学习兴趣等教学模式评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);试验组的综合素质、中医辨证思维能力、团队合作、交流能力及满意度总分等综合能力满意度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论微格教学法联合PBL教学法在放射科中西医结合护理教学中的应用效果显著,能提高学生的学习积极性,值得进一步推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of micro-teaching method combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in the nursing teaching of radiology of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods 68 nursing students of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine who came to radiology department of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into test group and control group.The control group was given traditional radiological nursing teaching,while the test group carried out micro-teaching method combined with PBL teaching,and the theoretical,technical performance,questionnaire scores and comprehensive ability satisfaction scores of the two groups were observed and recorded.Results The theoretical test scores and skills assessment scores of test group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching modes such as mastery of operation,learning enthusiasm,satisfaction,analytical ability,learning interest and the evaluation scores of the test group were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The test group was significantly higher than the control group in overall quality,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation thinking ability,teamwork,communication ability and overall satisfaction scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the micro-teaching method combined with PBL teaching method in the nursing teaching of radiology of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has significant effect and can improve learning enthusiasm and the method deserves further promotion.
