摘要 目的医教协同背景下深化医学生人文素养培育探索。方法选取南阳医学高等专科学校临床医学专业3年制医学生,采用随机抽样调查法,在梳理相关文献的基础上设计并进行医学生人文素养教育的问卷调查。结果部分学生对人文素养教育不敏感,需要加强人文素养的学习;在专科阶段的必修课程中,学生认为对提升个人人文素养有所帮助的课程主要有医学伦理学、思政课程和医学心理学;学生普遍认为应该加强人文素养教育,通过互联网、社会实践活动和校园文化平台等重要载体,渗透式培育,全方位地提升学生的人文素养。结论本研究找出了人文素养教育滞后的症结所在,并提出构建多元化复合式的培育新路径。为全面提升医学生职业道德,实现人文素养应有价值的回归,促进医学人才专业发展提供思路。 Objective To deepen the cultivation of humanistic quality of medical students under the background of medical education.Methods This paper selects the medical students majoring in clinical medicine of Nanyang Medical College for 3 years,adopts the random sampling survey method,and designs and conducts a questionnaire survey on humanistic literacy education of medical students on the basis of combing relevant literature.Results Some students are not sensitive to humanistic literacy education and need to strengthen the study of humanistic literacy.In the compulsory courses of junior college,the courses that students think are helpful to improve personal humanistic quality mainly include medical ethics,ideological and political courses and medical psychology.Students generally believe that humanistic literacy education should be strengthened,through the Internet,social practice activities and campus culture platform and other important carriers,penetration cultivation,all-round improvement of students'humanistic literacy.Conclusion This study finds out the crux of the lag of humanistic literacy education and puts forward the construction of a new path of diversified and compound cultivation.It provides ideas for comprehensively improving medical students'professional ethics,realizing the return of humanistic quality and promoting the professional development of medical talents.
