知信行模式在护患沟通线上教学的实践 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨知信行模式在护患沟通课程线上教学的效果。方法疫情期间护患沟通课程采用线上教学,运用巩固基础知识,故事分享坚定信念,自我实践提升能力的三阶段“知信行”(Knowledge attitude belief practice,KABP)教学模式。结果护生课程成绩优异;教学后护生的共情能力得分高于教学前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);教学后护生的沟通能力得分略高于教学前,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论运用知信行模式进行线上教学可有效提高护生的共情能力;但沟通能力有待提升,还需不断实践。 Objective To discuss the effect of the knowledge attitude belief practice(KABP)mode on the online teaching of nurse-patient communication courses.Methods Use the three-stage KABP mode to consolidate basic knowledge,share stories and strengthen faith,strengthen self-practice and enhance ability in the nurse-patient communication online teaching course during the outbreak.Results The score of empathy ability of nursing students after teaching is higher than before teaching,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The communication ability score of nursing students is slightly higher than that before teaching,and the difference wasn’t statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of KABP for online teaching effectively improve the empathy ability of nursing students,however,the improvement of communication skills is not obvious and needs continuous practice.
