补中益气汤在腹股沟疝微创小切口术后的应用

The Application of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in Patients with Inguinal Hernia after Minimally Invasive Small Incision Operation

目的探讨补中益气汤内服在腹股沟疝微创小切口术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月—2020年2月江西省都昌县中医院收治的116例腹股沟疝气患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(60例)和观察组(56例)。对照组单纯行微创小切口修补手术,观察组基于此,服用中药补中益气汤。比较2组术后恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的住院时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及肛门排气时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的术后并发症总发生率为5.36%(3/56),低于对照组的15.00%(9/60)(P<0.05)。结论针对腹股沟疝患者,在微创小切口修补手术后,口服补中益气汤治疗,能缩短患者的住院时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及肛门排气时间,减少并发症的发生,临床应用价值突出。

Objective To explore the effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction in patients with inguinal hernia after minimally invasive small incision.Methods A total of 116 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to Duchang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two the control group(60 cases)and the observation group(56 cases).The control group only underwent minimally invasive small incision repair.Based on this,the observation group took Buzhong Yiqi decoction.The recovery and complications of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the time of anal exhaust,bowel sound recovery,hospitalization and first defecation in the observation group were significantly shorter(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.36%(3/56),which was lower than that in the control group(15.00%,9/60)(P<0.05).Conclusion For inguinal hernia patients,after minimally invasive small incision repair operation,oral Buzhong Yiqi decoction can shorten the first defecation,anal exhaust,bowel sound recovery and hospitalization time,and has fewer complications and outstanding clinical application value.
