滋阴消渴汤治疗2型糖尿病临床研究

Clinical Study on Ziyin Xiaoke Decoction in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨滋阴消渴汤对2型糖尿病患者的血糖达标情况和低血糖发生风险的影响。方法选择2017年1月—2018年7月内分泌科住院的初诊2型糖尿病(病程<1年)患者64例作为研究对象,按就诊先后顺序随机分为2组,各32例。观察组给予优泌乐25皮下注射和口服滋阴消渴汤治疗,对照组单纯给予优泌乐25皮下注射治疗。观察2组患者空腹血糖(Fasting plasma glucose,FPG),餐后2 h血糖(2 h postprandial blood glucose,2 h PG)的达标时间和低血糖发生率。结果观察组治疗后的FPG、2hPG达标时间较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);对照组低血糖发生率为9.4%(3/32),观察组无低血糖事件发生。结论滋阴消渴汤可缩短血糖的达标时间、减少胰岛素用量,并且可降低患者低血糖的发生率,提高安全性和患者的生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the blood glucose level and risk of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes treated with Ziyin Xiaoke decoction.Methods 64 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes(course of disease<1 year)admitted to department of endocrinology from January 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the order of treatment,with 32 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with Lispro 25 subcutaneously and oral Chinese medicine Ziyin Xiaoke decoction,while the control group was treated with Lispro 25 subcutaneously.Fasting blood glucose(FPG)and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG)reaching the standard were observed in the two groups,and the incidence of hypoglycemia was observed.Results After treatment,FPG and 2HPG reached the target time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the control group was 9.4%(3/32),while no hypoglycemia event occurred in the observation group.Conclusion Ziyin Xiaoke decoction can shorten the time of blood glucose reaching the standard,reduce the amount of insulin,decline the incidence of hypoglycemia in patients,and improve the safety and quality of life of patients.
