益肾调肝汤联合穴位贴敷治疗肾虚肝郁型卵巢功能减退临床观察

Clinical Observation on Yishen Tiaogan Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Ovarian Hypofunction of Kidney Deficiency and Liver Depression Type

目的观察益肾调肝汤联合穴位贴敷治疗肾虚肝郁型卵巢功能减退的临床疗效。方法选择2019年7月—2020年1月于江西省新余市中医院门诊部就诊的80例肾虚肝郁型卵巢功能减退患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予益肾调肝汤联合穴位贴敷治疗。比较2组的中医证候积分、血清激素水平、安全指标、妊娠情况及临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后的中医证候积分、卵泡刺激素(Follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)、黄体生成素(Luteinizing hormone,LH)水平低于对照组,抗苗勒管激素(Anti-mullerian hormone,AMH)水平、妊娠率、总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾调肝汤联合穴位贴敷疗法治疗肾虚肝郁型卵巢功能减退能改善患者的症状和血清激素水平,提高患者的妊娠率和疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yishen Tiaogan decoction combined with acupoint application in treating patients with ovarian dysfunction due to kidney deficiency and liver stagnation,and to provide corresponding theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine in treating ovarian dysfunction and expand clinical application.Methods A total of 80 patients who were diagnosed with kidney deficiency and liver depression in the outpatient department of Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to January 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Yishen Tiaogan decoction combined with acupoint application.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,serum hormone levels,safety indexes,pregnancy and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,Follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),Estradiol(E2)and Luteinizing in the observation group after treatment and the level of anti-mullerian hormone(AMH)was lower than that of control group,and the level of anti-mullerian hormone(AMH),pregnancy rate and total effective rate were higher than that of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Tiaogan decoction combined with acupoint application on the treatment of ovarian dysfunction due to kidney deficiency and liver stagnation is significant and worthy of promotion.
