腕踝针联合中药热奄包治疗肾绞痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Wrist-ankle Acupuncture Combined with Chinese Medicine Fomentation Package in Treating Renal Colic

目的探讨腕踝针联合中药热奄包治疗肾绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取2018年7月—2020年3月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的肾绞痛患者60例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规西医联合中药热奄包治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予腕踝针治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后的疼痛程度、疼痛缓解时间、临床疗效及护理满意度。结果研究组治疗后15、30、60 min的肾绞痛严重程度及疼痛开始缓解时间、疼痛完全消失时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率和护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腕踝针联合中药热奄包治疗肾绞痛临床效果显著,能有效降低患者疼痛程度、提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine fomentation package in the treatment of renal colic.Methods Sixty patients with renal colic treated in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 30 cases in each.The control group was given conventional western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine fomentation package treatment,and the study group was given wrist and ankle acupuncture treatment based on the control group.The pain levels,pain relief time,clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results The severity of renal colic at 15 min,30 min,and 1 h after treatment in the study group,as well as the time when the pain started to relieve and the time when the pain completely disappeared were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine fomentation package is effective in the treatment of renal colic.It can effectively reduce the pain of patients and improve nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.
