正骨推拿结合针刺疗法治疗退行性腰椎滑脱临床研究

Clinical Study on Massage for Bone Orthopedics Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Degenerative Lumbar Spondylolisthesis

目的探讨正骨推拿结合针刺疗法治疗退行性腰椎滑脱的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2017年7月—2019年7月阜新市中心医院接诊的112例退行性腰椎滑脱患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案的不同,分为对照组(59例)和观察组(53例)。对照组采用牵引+针刺疗法治疗,观察组采用牵引+针刺疗法+正骨推拿治疗。比较2组的临床疗效、视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分及日本骨科学会下腰痛评分表((Japanese orthopaedic association scores,JOA)评分。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.34%(50/53),高于对照组的74.58%(44/59),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前的VAS、JOA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后的VAS评分低于治疗前,JOA评分高于治疗前,且观察组VAS评分低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在退行性腰椎滑脱治疗中,采用正骨推拿结合针刺疗法具有显著的治疗效果,能提高患者的临床疗效,减轻患者的疼痛程度,改善使患者的腰椎功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of massage for bone orthopedics combined with acupuncture in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods The clinical data of 112 patients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis received in Fuxin Central Hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into control group(traction acupuncture therapy,n=59)and observation group(traction acupuncture therapy,massage for bone orthopedics,n=53).Clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores(JOA)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.34%(50/53),which was higher than that of the control group(74.58%,44/59),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS and JOA scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The VAS score of the two groups after treatment was lower than before,and the JOA score was higher than before,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than the control group,and the JOA score of the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis,massage for bone orthopedics combined with acupuncture has a remarkable therapeutic effect,which can can improve the clinical efficacy of patients,relieve the pain of patients,and improve the lumbar function of patients.
