肺肠毒清汤的组方思路在病毒性肺炎中的应用

The Application of Formulation of Feichang Duqing Decoction in the Treatment of Viral Pneumonia

李伟伟教授根据小儿脏腑生理和病理特点,依据“肺肠同治,脏病腑消,阴病出阳”理论,临床采用自拟方肺肠毒清汤治疗小儿毒热闭肺型病毒性肺炎,每获良效。其药物组成为生石膏、炙甘草、苦杏仁、炙麻黄、瓜蒌仁、生大黄、露蜂房、地龙、五指牛奶,具有宣肺清热,化痰通腑之功。现就肺肠毒清汤的组方思路及临床应用论述如下,以期为小儿病毒性肺炎“毒热闭肺证”的治疗提供诊疗思路。

Professor Li Weiwei,according to the physiological and pathological characteristics of children’s viscera and the theory of“simultaneous treatment of lung and intestines,elimination of visceral diseases and elimination of yin diseases,and generation of yang due to yin diseases”,clinically used the self-made formula Feichang Duqing decoction to treat children’s viral pneumonia of toxic heat obstructing lung type,and has good effect.Its medicinal composition is raw gypsum,roasted licorice,bitter almond,roasted ephedra,Fructus Trichosanthis,raw rhubarb,dew beehive,earthworm and five finger milk.It has the functions of dispersing lung,clearing heat,resolving phlegm and dredging Fu organs.Now the composition and clinical application of Feichang Duqing decoction are accepted as follows,in order to provide diagnosis and treatment ideas for the treatment of“toxin heat obstructing lung syndrome”in children with viral pneumonia.
