中医学类专业毕业实习教学查房标准化研究分析 被引量:2

Research and Analysis on the Standardization of Rounds in Graduation Practice Teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 目的分析中医学类专业毕业实习教学查房标准化研究。方法选取2018年9月—2019年8月在附属医院骨科临床实习的50名2014级中医专业本科生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组25名学生。对照组学生采用传统的教学方法,实验组学生采用标准化教学查房。比较2组学生的笔试成绩和操作成绩及调查问卷结果。结果实验组学生期中和期末考试的笔试成绩、操作成绩高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生的自主学习能力、临床实践能力、中医思维能力及带教认可度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用标准化教学查房能提高学生的学习成绩、自主学习能力、临床实践能力、中医思维能力及带教认可度,值得医学院校借鉴。 Training clinical ability of clinical interns is not only the core of clinical medicine degree,but also the key to ensure the quality of training clinical interns.Teaching ward round is one of the most vivid,important and intuitive teaching activities in clinical teaching.It is an important way to cultivate the clinical thinking of medical students and organically combine medical theory with clinical practice.The quality of teaching rounds is directly related to the quality of clinical skills training of medical students.The research on the standardization of teaching rounds happens to play an important role in the clinical teaching of clinical interns.It is very necessary and practical to explore and practice the research on the standardization of the teaching rounds for the graduate interns majoring in traditional Chinese medicine.
