高职药物制剂专业实训基地“6S”管理实践

“6S”Management Practice in the Training Base of Pharmaceutical Preparation Technology in Higher Vocational Education

为规范实训基地管理,培养学生良好的行为习惯和职业素养,本文以高职药物制剂专业实训基地为研究对象,探索实训基地“6S”管理方法,提出具体实施方案和建议,并将“6S”管理融入实训基地内涵建设,以期通过规范的实训管理,提高实训效率和教学效果,全面培养学生的专业技能和岗位素质,为专业人才的培养发挥了积极的作用。

In order to standardize the management of the training base and cultivate students’good habits and professional qualities,this paper takes the training base of pharmaceutical preparation technology major in higher vocational education as the research object,explores the“6S”management method of the training base,puts forward specific implementation plans and suggestions,and integrates the“6S”management into the connotation construction of the training base,so as to improve the training efficiency and teaching effect through standardized training management It has played a positive role in the cultivation of professional talents.
