摘要
硒是机体必需微量元素,以硒蛋白的形式发挥其广泛生物学作用。硒蛋白通过保护DNA免受氧化损伤,调控免疫细胞增殖以及细胞因子的分泌来增强机体免疫功能。本文对硒蛋白抗氧化抵御细胞损伤、调控细胞免疫及硒在动物生产中的应用进行综述,旨在为硒蛋白调控动物免疫方面的研究及硒在动物生产中的应用提供理论参考。
Selenium is an essential trace element of organism and plays a wide biological role in the form of selenium protein.Selenium protein protects DNA from oxidative damage through antioxidant action,regulates the proliferation of immune cells and secretes cytokines to enhance immune function.In this paper,the antioxidative effect of selenoprotein on cell damage,regulation of cellular immunity and the application of selenium in animal production were reviewed,aiming to provide theoretical reference for the research of selenoprotein on the regulation of animal immunity and the application of selenium in animal production.
