摘要
针对压缩机被动吸声技术研究需求,首先分析吸声材料阻抗梯度匹配理论,确定吸声材料阻抗梯度匹配的设计原则;其次根据阻抗管传递函数法,分别测量不同吸声材料的表面声阻率与表面声抗率,优选3种吸声材料,设计基于阻抗梯度匹配的压缩机隔声罩,从而使压缩机噪声声压级降低3 dB(A)。
To satisfy the study need of passive sound-absorbing technology on compressors,firstly the impedance gradient matching theory of sound-absorbing materials is analyzed,and the design principle is determined.Secondly,according to the transfer function method of impedance tube,the specific acoustic resistance and specific acoustic reactance on the surface of different sound-absorbing materials are tested respectively.Three types of sound-absorbing materials are selected as optimum choices to design the compressor acoustic enclosure based on impedance gradient matching,thus the sound level of compressor noise is decreased by 3 dB(A).
