变频钻机电控房冷却参数计算

Calculation of cooling parameters for electric control room for frequency conversion drilling rig

摘要 当前变频钻机电控系统在钻进深位井过程中会使得房体温度过高,良好的通风系统有助于延长元器件使用寿命,提升钻进效率。本文以标准钻井深度7 000 m变频钻机电控系统为例,根据传动装置额定值,计算系统运行时的发热量和通风量,该结果与实际电控系统空调选择相符,对后续空调选型具有参考价值。 The current electric control system of frequency conversion drilling rig will make the room temperature too high during drilling wells deeply.A good ventilation system helps to extend the service life of components and improve drilling efficiency.Taking one standard electric control system with the drilling well depth of 7000 m as an example,according to the rated values of the transmission devices,the heating and ventilation capacities of the system during operation are calculated.The calculation result is consistent with the actual air-conditioning selection of the electric control system,which has reference value for the future selection of air-conditioning.
