壁挂式空调器室内机气动噪声分析与改善 被引量:1

摘要 基于壁挂式空调器室内机噪声产生机制和频谱图,采用声源定位法分析发现,回风口面板侧和底座侧噪声总值相等,尖峰差值相差2 dB(A)以上,回风口底座侧音质较差,确定壁挂式空调器旋转噪声源位置;通过峰值频率对比分析发现,叶片4倍频、28倍频、32倍频、36倍频存在明显尖峰值规律,通过不同改善方式评估,最终采用调整风机叶片分布角解决方案,实现尖峰差值由12 dB(A)提升到15.7 dB(A),音质改善明显,有效解决旋转噪声问题,为后续空调器室内机产品开发提供旋转噪声问题解决基本思路和方法。 Based on the generation mechanism and spectrum of noise from indoor unit of wall-mounted air conditioner,through the analysis by the method of sound source location,it is found that the total noise value of the panel side and the base side of the air return outlet is equal,the peak difference is more than 2 dB(A),and the sound quality of the base side is poor,the location of rotating noise source of wall-mounted air conditioner is determined.Through the comparative analysis of peak frequency,it is found that there are obvious peak values at 4 times,28 times,32 times and 36 times of the basic frequency of leaves.Through the evaluation of different improvement methods,the solution of adjusting the fan blade distribution angle is finally adopted to achieve the peak difference increased from 12 dB(A)to 15.7 dB(A),and the sound quality is obviously improved,which effectively solves the problem of rotating noise,and provides basic ideas and methods for solving the spinning noise problem for the subsequent development of indoor unit of air conditioner products.
