风冷式空调器室外机噪声改善试验研究

摘要 在半消声实验室对某风冷式空调器室外机进行试验研究,分别测试采用原风机支架、减小挡风面积的小钣金风机支架和圆钢风机支架得到不同运行状态下的噪声值和声压级频谱图,并分析风叶与前面板导风圈之间距离对空调器室外机噪声的影响。结果表明:在上述3种风机支架中,圆钢风机支架最有利于风冷式空调器室外机风道系统噪声改善;圆钢风机支架安装在风叶与前面板导风圈距离为15 mm位置上的噪声声压级频谱图最为顺滑,无异常凸出频率段,可解决共振低频噪声问题,空调器室外机噪声测量值相比原机平均降低了1.2 dB(A)。 The experimental study is conducted on the outdoor unit of one air-cooled air conditioner in the semi-anechoic laboratory.The noise and sound pressure level spectrum are acquired under different operation conditions using the original fan bracket,small sheet metal fan bracket with the interruptive airflow aera decreased and round steel fan bracket.And the influence of the distance between the blade and the front panel air ducting on the noise of the outdoor unit of air conditioner is analyzed.The results show that:among the above three types of fan brackets,round steel fan bracket behaves the best in the noise improvement of duct system in the outdoor unit of air-cooled air conditioner;the sound pressure level spectrum of round steel fan bracket installed at 15 mm between the blade and the front panel air ducting is the smoothest,and there is no abnormal protrusion frequency band,which can solve the resonance low frequency noise issue;the noise value of the outdoor unit of air conditioner is reduced by 1.2 dB(A)on average compared with the original one.
