摘要
以上海科技馆巨幕影院为研究对象,采用CFD数值模拟结合试验验证的方法,分析其原始方案的气流组织和温度场分布,结果表明,送风口排布不均匀及回风口设置不合理导致影院原始方案气流组织均匀性较差。适当调整送、回风口的位置和数量,数值模拟对比分析优化前后温度分布情况,结果显示,优化方案使得影厅观众区温度均匀性得到极大提高,第1排至第12排的中间座位最大温差从5.2℃下降到2.0℃,1号座位最大温差从5.4℃下降到1.4℃。
Taking the IMAX cinema of Shanghai Science&Technology Museum as the study object,the air distribution and temperature field distribution of its original scheme are analyzed by means of CFD numerical simulation combined with experimental verification.The results show that the air distribution of original scheme in cinema has poor uniformit due to uneven distribution of air supply outlets and unreasonable setting of air return outlets.The positions and number of air supply outlets and air return outlets are adjusted,and the temperature distributions before and after optimization are analyzed contrastively by numerical simulation.The results show that the optimization scheme greatly improves the temperature uniformity in the audience area of the cinema hall.The maximum temperature difference in the middle seat in row 1 to row 12 decreases from 5.2℃to 2.0℃,and the maximum temperature difference in seat No.1 decreases from 5.4℃to 1.4℃.
