摘要
为缓解传统燃煤锅炉供暖对环境的影响,对石家庄市某既有厂房供暖系统实施清洁能源改造,即采用空气源热泵代替传统燃煤锅炉供暖。利用Trnbuild能耗模拟软件计算该建筑热负荷,匹配相应的空气源热泵系统。采用Trnsys软件模拟分析空气源热泵系统的制热量、耗电量和制热性能系数。分析结果表明:室外环境温度越低,空气源热泵系统制热量越小,耗电量越小,供暖季平均制热性能系数(COP)为3.15。以供暖季综合制热性能系数(COP_h)作为供暖系统的评价标准,分析得出热泵匹配的最优蓄热水箱体积为5 m~3,系统COP_h基本维持在3.5左右。对空气源热泵的经济性及节能减排量进行分析,结果表明空气源热泵机组相比燃煤锅炉供暖具有节约能耗、减少污染物排放和供热灵活等优势。
To alleviate environmental pollution caused by traditional coal boiler heating,the clean energy reconstruction is conducted using air source heat pump replacing traditional coal boiler for a industrial plant in Shijiazhuang.The building heat load is calculated using Trnbuild energy consumption simulation software,and the corresponding air source heat pump system is matched.The heating capacity,power consumption and heating performance coefficient of the air source heat pump system are simulated and analyzed using Trnsys software.The analysis results show that the lower the outdoor temperature is,the smaller heating capacity of the air source heat pump system is,and the lower the power consumption is.The average COP of a typical heating season is 3.15.Taking the comprehensive heating coefficient of performance(COP_h)of heating season as the evaluation standard of heating system,the analysis shows that the optimal heat storage tank volume matched by the heat pump is 5 m~3,and the system COP_h is basically maintained at around 3.5.By analyzing the economy,energy-saving and emission reduction of air source heat pump,the results show that the air source heat pump unit has the advantages of energy-saving,pollutant emission reduction and flexibility in heating compared with coal boiler heating.
