基于不确定性量化和自适应调试的空调冷却水系统优化设计

摘要 不确定性问题处理不当容易导致空调水系统选型过大和能源浪费。本文提出基于不确定性量化和自适应调试的空调冷却水系统优化设计方法:在设计阶段,将水系统存在的各种不确定因素进行概率量化,从而获得水泵压头的概率分布,并根据该分布配置合适的水泵方案,在调试阶段,以最小节流实现设计流量为原则,选择最佳的水泵运行方案。通过实际案例分析,对所提方法进行验证,结果表明该方法具有很好的可行性和显著的节能效果。 Improper handling of uncertainty issues can easily lead to excessive selection of air-conditioning water system and energy waste.An optimal design method of air-conditioning cooling water system based on uncertainty quantification and adaptive adjustment is proposed.In the design stage,various uncertain factors in the water system are probabilistic quantified to obtain the probability distribution of the pump head,and according to this distribution,the appropriate water pump scheme is configured;in the adjustment stage,the best water pump operation scheme is selected based on the principle of minimum throttling to achieve the design flow.Through actual case analysis,the proposed method is verified,and the results show that the method has good feasibility and significant energy-saving effect.
