摘要
阐述了基质效应及其产生的原因,并基于QuEChERS前处理方法,使用液相色谱—串联质谱考察了20种农药在10种农产品基质中的基质效应,通过数据分析为农药残留检测工作提供了参考。
The matrix effect and its causes were described.Based on QuEChERS pretreatment method the matrix effect of 20 pesticides in 10 kinds of agricultural products matrix was investigated by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.The data analysis provided a reference for pesticide residue detection.
