Strengthen Meteorological Service Comprehensively and Improve the Quality of Applied Meteorology

在新时期发展背景下,气象服务在应对气候变化、促进经济发展中的作用更为凸显,进一步提升气象服务质量已经显得十分急迫和必要,需要气象部门给予高度重视。本文先对气象服务需求特点和现状作简要的分析,进而谈一谈新时代发展背景下气象服务的定位发展。最后提出进一步强化气象服务质量的措施,包括运用先进技术来提升气象服务准确率与质量、打造网络化的气象服务体系。

Under the development background of the new period,the role of meteorological service in coping with climate change and promoting economic development is more prominent.It is very urgent and necessary to further improve the quality of meteorological service,which needs high attention from meteorological departments.This paper first makes a brief analysis of the characteristics and current situation of meteorological service demand,and then discusses the positioning and development of meteorological service under the development background of the new era.Finally,it puts forward measures to further strengthen the quality of meteorological service,including the use of advanced technology to improve the accuracy and quality of meteorological service,and build a network meteorological service system.
