摘要
在信息技术持续更新迭代与后疫情时代的常态化防控趋势下,能够充分运用技术优势、整合多方教育资源、节约时间与距离成本的线上线下混合式教学模式成为了教师培训中的关键手段。然而,当前培训中依然存在忽视成人学习的经验基础、线上线下知识衔接不流畅、线上学习互动效果不理想等问题。基于此,在论述契约学习、拓展性学习以及支架理论的基础上,结合高校青年教师的学习特征与规律,从前期分班、制定学习契约、参与学习活动以及考核与评价这四个阶段探讨一种新型的混合式教学培训模式,并以S市为试点展开探索。结合试点探索的经验,建议高校青年教师混合式教学培训应充分尊重教师学习经验基础、发挥教学促进者的脚手架作用、增加线上线下环节的逻辑衔接性,并通过合理的评价反馈机制持续提升混合式教学质量。
Under the continuous update and iteration of information technology and the normalization of prevention and control in the post-epidemic era,the online and offline hybrid teaching model that can make full use of technological advantages,integrate multi-party educational resources,and save time and distance costs has become a key means in teacher training.However,the current training still has problems such as ignoring the experience basis of adult learning,the lack of smooth connection of online and offline knowledge,and the unsatisfactory effect of online learning interaction.On the basis of contract learning,extended learning and scaffolding theory,and combined with the learning characteristics and laws of young teachers in colleges and universities,this paper discusses a new hybrid teaching and training model from the four stages of early class division,formulation of learning contracts,participation in learning activities,and assessment and evaluation,and uses city S as a pilot.Combining the experience of the pilot exploration,this paper puts forward that the blended learning in college and universities teacher training should fully respect the basis of teacher’s learning experience,give full play to the scaffolding role as a teaching facilitator,increase the logical cohesion of online and offline links,and continuously improve the quality of mixed teaching through a reasonable evaluation feedback mechanism.
