“标本配穴”针灸对IVF-ET反复移植失败患者子宫内膜厚度及焦虑抑郁状态的影响

Effect of“Primary-secondary Point Combination”Acupuncture on Endometrial Thickness,Anxiety and Depression in Patients with Repeated IVF-ET Failures

目的观察“标本配穴”针灸对IVF-ET反复移植失败患者子宫内膜厚度及焦虑抑郁状态的影响。方法将30例IVF-ET反复移植失败的薄型子宫内膜患者,随机分为对照组15例和治疗组15例。对照组口服戊酸雌二醇,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予针灸治疗。通过超声监测两组治疗前后子宫内膜的厚度,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估两组治疗前后焦虑、抑郁状态。结果两组治疗后内膜厚度及SAS、SDS评分优于治疗前,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后临床妊娠率为60.0%,对照组为20.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合西药可增加子宫内膜厚度,改善不孕患者焦虑抑郁状态。

Objective To observe the effect of“primary-secondary point combination”acupuncture on endometrial thickness,anxiety and depression in patients with repeated IVF-ET failures.Method Thirty SAT patients with thin endometrium and repeated IVF-ET failures were randomized to a control group of 15 cases and a treatment group of 15 cases.The control group received oral administration of estradiol valerate and the treatment group,acupuncture and moxibustion in addition.Endometrial thickness was monitored by ultrasound in the two groups before and after treatment.Anxiety and depression were assessed using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the two groups before and after treatment.Result After treatment,endometrial thickness,the SAS score and the SDS score were better in the two groups compare with before and in the treatment group than in the control group with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical pregnancy rate was 60.0%in the treatment group and 20.0%in the control group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion plus Western medication can increase endometrial thickness and relieve anxiety and depression in patients with infertility.
